Bring the iconic Roland RE-201 Space Echo vibe to your board in a compact BOSS pedal. The RE-2 nails the classic multi-head tape echo character—rhythmic repeats, warm texture, and that slightly unpredictable movement—while adding modern essentials for gigging and recording.
Dial in everything from a single slapback to dense, swirling ambience with the 11-position Mode selector (three virtual tape heads, with/without spring reverb). Add life and movement with Wow & Flutter, push it into runaway madness with Intensity, or hit the footswitch for the dramatic Twist effect.
For modern rigs, the RE-2 includes tap tempo, carryover (trails), and true stereo I/O, plus extra control via an external footswitch or expression pedal—perfect for ambient boards, worship setups, and studio-friendly parallel routing.
