Here’s a guitar with stories to tell. This 2009 Gibson Advanced Jumbo is a true workhorse from Gibson’s Montana factory, built with all the rich tone and projection you'd expect from a classic slope-shouldered dreadnought.
Featuring a solid spruce top and rosewood back and sides, it delivers that bold, clear low end and articulate highs that make the AJ such a favourite for flatpickers, singer-songwriters and session players alike. The neck feels comfortable, slim and familiar, with great playability all the way up the board.
This one's seen some action – and it shows. There are signs of wear throughout: marks, dings and light playwear, but nothing structural or affecting performance. Just the honest character of a well-loved instrument that’s been played regularly and aged beautifully.
