Always wanted to try guitar but didn’t know where to start?
We’re running free beginner guitar lessons every Saturday in June at 11am at Colemans Music in South Melbourne. These sessions are designed for complete beginners — no experience, no gear, no pressure.
What you’ll learn
In your first session, we’ll keep things simple and practical:
- Your first three chords
- A basic strumming pattern
- How to start playing a real song straight away
The goal is simple. Get a guitar in your hands and get YOU playing.
No gear? No problem
You don’t need to bring anything with you. We’ll supply guitars for the lesson, so you can just turn up and give it a go.
Who is this for?
These sessions are perfect if you:
- Have never played guitar before
- Tried years ago and want to give it another shot
- Are thinking about buying a guitar but want to try first
No expectations, no obligations — just a relaxed introduction to playing.
