PRELOVED JHS The AT+ Andy Timmons Signature Overdrive
Preloved condition.
The JHS AT+ is Andy Timmons’ signature overdrive and distortion pedal, built around the same drive circuit as the original JHS AT but with an added independent boost section. It is designed to deliver the kind of saturated, articulate lead and rhythm tones Andy is known for, while giving you enough control to adapt it to different amps and playing styles.
The drive side can move from high-gain blues through to thick, singing distortion, while the footswitchable boost can be used on its own or to hit the front of the AT circuit for extra saturation and definition.
Andy Timmons Signature Drive
The core AT circuit was developed after Andy began using a JHS Angry Charlie as a main lead tone and worked with JHS to tailor the feel, gain structure and EQ to his preferences. The AT+ keeps that same drive circuit intact.
Independent Boost Channel
The second footswitch engages a separate pre-boost stage. You can use it by itself to push your amp or another pedal, or combine it with the AT drive side for more gain, sustain and attack.
Three Amp-Style Voicings
A three-way toggle selects 25W, 50W or 100W voicings. The 25W mode is more compressed and saturated, the 50W setting balances compression and openness, and the 100W mode is the loudest and most open with a broader crunch.
Flexible Tone Shaping
The main controls are Volume, EQ, Drive and Air. EQ works as an overall bright/dark tone control, while Air behaves more like a presence control, letting you fine-tune the top end to suit your amp and guitar.

Our Take
The AT+ is a strong example of a signature pedal that works well beyond the artist it was designed for. The drive is smooth but still articulate, and the separate boost makes it genuinely useful as a two-stage gain setup on a working pedalboard.
