PRELOVED Mesa/Boogie 2x12 Horizontal Rectifier Cabinet – Emerald Bronco / Wicker
A particularly cool and uncommon Mesa/Boogie 2x12, this Horizontal Rectifier cabinet features a custom Emerald Bronco-style finish with wicker grille, tan piping and tan leather corners.
Dating from approximately 2006, the cabinet is loaded with two Mesa-spec Celestion Vintage 30 speakers made in England. Both speakers have been inspected and carry the T4416 designation used on 16-ohm Vintage 30s supplied for Mesa/Boogie.
The individual Celestion date codes are 26HQ and 13BR, dating the speakers to August 2005 and February 2006 respectively. Their close production dates and correct Mesa specification are consistent with them being period speakers for the cabinet.

The two 16-ohm speakers are wired to provide the cabinet's 8-ohm load.
Mesa's Horizontal Rectifier 2x12 design is well known for producing considerably more low-end punch and projection than its relatively compact size might suggest. The closed-back construction and pair of Vintage 30s make it particularly good for rock and higher-gain sounds, while still being a very versatile cabinet.
What really separates this example from the more commonly seen black Rectifier cabinets is its custom appearance. The deep green covering, genuine wicker-style grille and tan leather corner protectors give it a distinctive vintage Mesa look.
