The Classic S Antique platform is Suhr’s take on a broken-in classic, with an ultra-thin nitrocellulose finish, light ageing, stainless steel frets, a compound fingerboard radius and Suhr hardware designed for tuning stability and performance. Suhr lists the Classic S Antique with a 60’s C Vintage Medium neck profile, SSCII hum-cancelling system, nitrocellulose finish and stainless steel frets.

The Classic S Antique is built around a 60’s C Vintage Medium neck profile, measuring approximately .830"–.950", with a 1.650" Tusq nut.
The 9"–12" compound fingerboard radius gives you comfortable chord work down low and smoother bends higher up the neck, while the medium stainless steel frets add durability and a slick playing feel.
Suhr Pickups and SSCII System
Suhr lists the Classic S Antique with V63 single-coil pickups, with some configurations using an SSV humbucker in the bridge position. The built-in SSCII Silent Single Coil System is designed to keep traditional single-coil tone while reducing 60-cycle hum, with no battery required.
